6x6 Swaps.

Wow it seems like ages and ages ago that I made up a whole load of swaps and sent them out.  I couldn’t post them here because it would ruin any surprise for the recipients but as everyone has now received their swaps I can now show and tell …

This is the first one:

Stamps: All in the Family, Big Deal
Cardstock: Chocolate Chip, So Saffron, Old Olive, Ballet Blue, Rose Red, Whisper White
DSP: Tall Tales
Mediums- Black Staz-on, Chocolate Chip, So Saffron, Old Olive, Brilliant Blue, Rose Red, Blush Blossom
Embellishments: Vintage brads, Chocolate chip 5/8” grosgrain ribbon.
Tools: Stamp-a-ma-jig, mat pack & paper piercer, Paper cutter and scorer, Snail adhesive.

and a group shot of all 10 that I sent out

I actually took up two slots in this swap [I am sooo greedy, LOL]

This is my second layout

Stamps: Medallion, Pocket Silhouettes, Garden Whimsy
Cardstock: Kraft, Bravo Burgundy, Rose Red, Whisper White
DSP: Rose Red
Mediums- Bravo Burgundy (pad and marker), Rose Red
Embellishments: Bravo Burgundy 5/8” grosgrain ribbon, Linen thread.
Tools: Stamp-a-ma-jig, Paper piercer, Paper cutter and scorer, Dimensionals, Snail adhesive.

and a group shot of all 10

I thoroughly enjoyed creating these layouts, and it got me back into scrapbooking, something that has fallen to the wayside over the past months/years.  But I have been good and have been scrapbooking every week since!  Just one layout a week, but its better than none …

Come back tomorrow see the gorgeous layouts I received back in the swap.

Dawn, I love both of these layouts but I have to say I just lurve the medallion the best. It's not a stamp I would have chosen, but all the samples I've seen have been so lovely. It seems to be really versatile and effective - I just have to have it lol
