40 and fabulous

So the craft room is almost there, I really wanted to strip the walls, repaint etc etc but I really didn’t have the time – I’ve got far too many projects on the go ...  But the room has been re-jigged, most of my stash is back in there, DH still has a couple of shelves to put up and a ribbon unit to build, but we’re getting there :O)

I managed a quick card this afternoon for my sister’s birthday this week

I ‘have’ to get back in there tomorrow, I have a CJ or two to catch up on (one will be in the post on Monday Sally), at least 14 sheets of card candy to make up as well as 16 shoebox kits to make up in the next fortnight (Luckily I already have the design), as well as the usual birthday, new baby, anniversary, wedding cards ... Oops and a nappy cake

Fabulous 50.

Its safe to post it ... Hubby’s birthday card :O)

I think he liked it – I know he likes his birthday present, I don’t think we’ve managed to prize it from his hands since he got it .. an iPad.

I tried to make a card that was using colour but was still masculine, I got the colour inspiration from my Greenhouse Gala papers, they are simply gorgeous, they were too girly to use on his card, but I pulled a few of the colours together on the card.

A beautiful Pandora charm, but not only a charm ... it was hanging from a gorgeous light fitting that I’ve been nagging (and I really mean nagging) him to fit for months.

018

He even cut some delicious hearts out using my craft robo – I haven’t a clue how to use it LOL

016

I’ll find a way to use these little sweeties on a layout.

He really is the best
