Waltzingmouse Stamps Sketch Challenge #73


Woohoo its the weekend, we’re home and I can finally play with the WMS stamps I recently received and enter my first Waltzingmouse Stamps Sketch Challenge!  My problem …  which set to use first, I’ve bought a few recently and they were all desperate to see ink ...

Cardstock: SU Real Red, PTI Stampers Select,
DSP: SU DSP Patterns Stack: Neutrals
Mediums: SU Real Red, Soft Suede, Versamark
Embellishments: Seam binding ribbon coloured with copic pen, silver elastic cord
Tools: Big Shot, 2011 Heirloom Ornaments and Labels 4 dies from Spellbinders, Dimonsionals

I knew with this card I was going to use red and white but as the card grew I added soft suede to give it that vintage look.  I especially loved making up my own DSP with the Text It and Musical Backgrounds stamps … Mmmmm don’t you love the shabby look.

SO festive and beautiful! I love the sage striped paper with the musical background in red. Those ornaments are perfect with this sketch! Perfect image choice for this folksy little vintage card. Great job, Dawn, so glad you could play along this week!

Absolutely fabulous!!! Love the way you've made your backing paper, the label sentiment is really vintage and I love the tiny ornament tags!
