PTI Challenge – One Layer Card

Sorry I’ve not been around for a while, had a few health issues I needed get sorted but I’m now feeling so much better.  I can get back into my craft room and play ...

The latest challenge over on A Passion for Papertrey is to make a one layer card, a card with no layers or embellishments and Wow that's more difficult than I thought ... But do I love the result

(All items used PTI unless stated)
Stamps:  Year of Flowers:Sweet Peas, Turning a New Leaf
Cardstock:  Basic White
Mediums- Old Olive, Melon Mambo (SU)
Embellishments: Diamantes from stash
Tools – Spellbinders Nestabilities - Labels Eight, Paper cutter and scorer.

Oh and the reason for the card, I received these beautiful Orchid stems from some friends ...

Your card is stunning! I love the leaves, the aperture, the added bling, the subtle pink flower buds that tie in with the sentiment - FABULOUS! Oh and I also LOVE your inspiration - orchids are so beautiful and elegant aren't they!

Love your card Dawn, I love the leaf branch you've used and the bling is always a hit.....lol (I'm such a girlie!) The flowers are gorgeous by the way, I love orchids.

This is SO PRETTY! I love the delicate little flowers and tendrils that are hanging from the leaves, just lovely!!
